The electrical connection was easy especially with the provided easy connectors. Wifi/BT set up was a breeze after installing the app. The real PITA is getting the light to attach to the ceiling plate. Oh my aching arms! I did not use any 4 letter words as did a previous reviewer but it took me many attempts, embarrassingly too many to mention. If you try to attach the light to the plate that is affixed right to the ceiling, good luck! Lower the plate at least an inch using shims and it may attach easier. I have to mention that I have installed 2 lights and met with the same issue. I have a third light on hand and I am re-considering a return due to this issue.The provided screws did not work with my electrical box so I had to modify the plate to flush the screws. Overall, it’s a great product. I don’t care about the mood lighting and if it can be cheaper without, I would have gone for that. Many reviews complained about remote and flashing but I did not encounter any problem.In summary, if the attachment of the light to the ceiling plate can be improved, this is a totally great product.
