Review on Platform RMS by Eric Rios

I love how our new platform integrates seamlessly into Salesforce so that all of my colleagues can see what’s going in every client account we are working for them (even those without CPQ licenses!). Having said this - at present there seems limited integration between accounts / projects within one module which leads me think maybe future releases may address some limitations from current modules? Notifications have been good but would welcome even more detailed alerts! Integrating multiple platforms as well; both Ariba & Sage 100 Accounting being two other solutions used by customers alongside CRM360CPE - currently integrating very hard indeed!! Need seamless transferrable data across different systems from point 1 day until final resolution after months outlayed time waiting has elapsed. Great idea though if you aren't already doing similar things elsewhere then why not try something totally unique like having integrated everything possible through 360CRM's product line up?! The ability for users in different locations around our organization can connect back together without having access at HQ allows us all have real time data about what's going where within each of those areas! It would be great if there was more functionality so that you could do some things from one area when working remotely but thats not an issue right now as we are able only use this application while out away - which isn't always possible depending upon location & availability etc..
