At first the multimeter seemed good. Then you realize that the entire manual is in Chinese. If you already know how to use a multimeter, then everything is fine. But some don't know yet. Second, the counter changes readings when the backlight is used. How is that supposed to help anyone. Eventually even a continuity tester will consider solid bar or steel non-conductive. Cheap and unusable will be returned immediately.
