I used this software for our hospital's ER patient flow tracking. It works great!
I like that this software can be used for different purposes from creating reports, tracking patient flow through your hospital or clinic as well as reporting statistics about our organization's utilization rate in comparison to others around us. It does not have all functions you may need but it works great overall! We are able solve problems we were having trying to find out what was going wrong at my practice when patients came into ER vs urgent/emergent issues versus nonurgency medical visits so those could get treated faster rather than waiting days if they weren't an emergency case.

- The layout is very easy too navigate which also helps make working within definetive healthcare easier along with being more efficient while completing tasks during work hours comparedto older systems where manual data input has always been needed before performing certain actions necessary related activities required by staff members who utilize specific areas throughout their
