Canvas tears
The colors are beautiful and I loved making it as a gift for my grandmother. However, I have made many snap hooks and have never had the same issues as this product. The canvas was too stiff and the yarn too heavy for this project. This combination meant that the canvas was only torn several times in the first row. I've been doing this for many years and have never had a canvas tear. What was a relaxing hobby turned into a terrible annoyance and a big disappointment, because the tarpaulin was torn in several places in the first two rows alone.
