Great solution for stuck parking brake bells

Includes everything needed to tighten the bell levers on my 2002 4x4 Ext. cab substitute. Fits great! The neoprene washers were snug, but with a little patience, lubrication, and jiggling, they gave a snug fit. Comes with a lube which I can't see in the photo. And still it is not clear why 4 springs? Mine only needs 2.
