The biggest thing I like about RotaMaster is that it is a robust system. It is able to handle a large client base, and there are many ways to customize the system to fit the needs of the organization. Some of the reporting features could use work, but otherwise it's a great system. I have not had any issues with this system. There is not much to dislike, however some features could use some work. I've found that the system has made scheduling much more simple. It is easy to navigate and it has made the process much more accurate.
