This eye stud was connected to a Portland Design Works lunch basket so I got it. It was cheaper than other plugs and had decent reviews. Problem? The supplied screw was too short for the PDW basket. Mine also didn't have a nut to go the other way and hold it in place, although there's always a small chance I just didn't see it when it hit the floor and got into my vacuum. I took it to a hardware store and they sorted it for a dollar. Works great now. I put tape on it and put a two fish flashlight holder in it and it's stuck. The light does not move even when driving over railroad tracks and small potholes. You only need an Allen key with a reasonable reach to install it.
