The cable stopped working within the first month of use without breaking, twisting or knotting. It decided to stop operating after I plugged my phone in for charging overnight. My phone died, my alarm clock didn't work, and my kids woke up to that stupid wire. I didn't realize it was a cord and not a box or outlet until a few days later when I plugged my phone back in to charge and missed another alarm I had set for work. After I got fired from my shift. I got home, tried an older short cord (that was given to me with the phone) and that cord is the only one I've used that had besides this junk.
