Works but I prefer the original product
I have been using this product for a decade or more and have found it to work well on scratched oak and Douglas fir. You simply rub the oil stick into the scratch and then wipe away the excess oil. Since my old stick eventually dried out and became a bit rough through daily use, I ordered these replacement devices. The oil seems to be the same. However, I found the stick to be smaller than the original and a little more difficult to manipulate. Hopefully I'll get used to the smaller size over time, but for now the necessary pincer grip is making my arm cramp a bit.
