It works for 3 months, then it broke, it's a chore to install.
Item works great. After 12 hours of work on the machine I was finally able to get it working. Much of this is down to poor VW bug engineering. Driving them can be fun, but working with them is a nightmare. updated. After only 3 months, the plastic plug broke due to very poor workmanship and design. I'll order a second one just in case it was defective, but I don't think so. I suspect the problem is that the cable is too small which puts too much stress on the plastic and breaks prematurely.
