I bought this set in July. I didn't use either of them right away and only started using this hook about a month ago. The hook I used was handy but not worth the hassle of poorly made hooks. Problem 1, the hook catches the yarn. I had to put a glass file in the hook to get rid of the area where it was getting stuck. Problem 2, it broke for me. See image. I think I could tape it back but that wouldn't be something I would have to do after only using it for a month. I'm throwing this set away because I don't want to deal with hooks that get stuck and eventually break.
