Review on Cartegraph OMS by Dan Sturm

There are so many things I like about this program! It is easy to use for even those without IT experience, has an amazing feature set that can be customized by your department or agency, and best of all it's FREE (for non-government users). The only thing we dislike about Cartegrah OMS (compared to other systems we've tried) is the lack of integration into our ERP system - not sure if they will add this in future releases. We have been able solve most problems related to waste tracking and compliance across multiple departments within our organization, including collections, disposal/recycling/reuse, landfill diversion, etc. The ability to see historical data, as well as have alerts set up for issues that need attention is great! It would be nice if we could connect it to other applications in our organization (like Salesforce) so we can pull more information from those systems into this one. We are using it for inventory control of equipment at two facilities - tracking items coming in vs out; also used by maintenance/engineering departments for their daily reports.
