There are so many things I like about this program! It is easy to use for even those without IT experience, has an amazing feature set that can be customized by your department or agency, and best of all it's FREE (for non-government users). The best part of carte graph is its ability to integrate all your data from different systems in one place, which makes it easy for you and also saves time. It’s very user friendly too! I dislike that when i try to add new fields or change existing ones they can be quite confusing at times especially if there are many dropdowns involved (like ours).
