The best part about this program, would have to be that it does what its supposed too - organize your documents into folders! I love how you can create custom fields which are used in emails as well with links back or forward through email attachments (which saves me time when searching).
Not much at all really but if there was something better out their than we'd probably switch over right away!! Highly recommend using IDSS instead of outlook/google mail because they're more organized & easily searchable via keywords within each file folder. It helps keep everything separate so even though files may get sent directly from one team member's inboxes sometimes clients still receive them first then look up who needs access etc., rather having everyone send direct messages separately only adding confusion later downthe road once client has found correct contact info due loosing track where things went wrong originally.- Organized document storage.
