False advertising

I returned the goods the same day I received them. I remember reading a review from a person who bought this product before I decided to buy it and this reviewer said the zoom performance was wrong. I still decided to buy it as I got lucky with my purchases and it turned out great. But not this one. The power of 40x60 is dead wrong. I have a less powerful monocular so I can see better and further than this one. I just do not understand. I have followed all the instructions on this and am not satisfied. Please save yourself the hassle of returning this product again. Just don't buy.
