Works pretty much as everyone says, I didn't take carefully measured doses, but mixing a few heaping scoops (including the 100mg scoop provided) in a large cup of coffee does, what works best for me. . Eliminates nervousness, shortness of breath and helps with anxiety that caffeine can cause. I find it much more enjoyable to drink with, although I can taste the powder if I don't use sugar or too much theanine. It's not harsh, but has an odd savory flavor that's usually well hidden in coffee or strong tea. I've also had it with tea before doing things that stress me out and before bed. Not like a sedative or anything like valerian, which I also take for the same reasons. Either way, increasing your daily caffeine and trying an anxiolytic is a fairly harmless option. I only gave 4 stars because the powder was clumpy when opened and only got clumpier over time. It still mixes well with hot liquids, but may take some time to fully mix.
