I have this in the center console for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. It keeps the phone in a perfect spot for viewing and at a distance while driving. I mainly use it for Siri to keep my eyes on the road. It is particularly suitable as a GPS. My new iPhone 7 Plus is very tight but fits. It's impressive how snug and tight it sits in the cup holder. Just twist the grip and it expands to be very snug, preventing the phone from swaying while riding. Can't recommend above. The only downside is that you lose a valuable cup holder.
