I would give this incubator 5 stars but I give it 1 star. I hope the seller can tell the manufacturer to improve two important points. Both of these problems can be easily fixed by the manufacturer. In the meantime, I will state my negative feedback about the product: 1. The door does not close easily. It comes close, but it often takes a nudge to hear a faint clicking sound. I have the feeling that the door latch does not last long during use. In addition, the entire unit is made of plastic and is very light. If I try to close the door by pushing it until it clicks, the force pushes the entire incubator away from me. It is very difficult to snap the remote control onto the unit's frame. The entire incubator moves back.2. The inner fan blade is exposed and not protected by the surrounding frame. It can harm someone. My finger actually accidentally got caught in front of the spinning fan blades and was shocked. It didn't hurt much, but it's still not a good design for consumer use.3. The interior measures approx. 23 cm x 26 cm x 31 cm = 18.5 liters. Not the 25L described in the product description. I hope that the seller of this product will quickly forward my negative feedback to the manufacturer in China and ask them to fix the above two issues. If so, I give the product 5 stars.
