The staff at CTG are constantly looking for ways we can improve our services/website so don't be afraid if you think it's not working right now- they're always innovating! We've been able have more flexibility with how much people give us each month (as well as who gets what). There aren’t any downsides I know about yet - but when my predecessor left in May 2017 there were some problems getting donations through from donors without an account set up or credit card info saved locally by their computer browser etc.- this has since improved drastically though! The ability for multiple organization level managers/individuals to make donations at one time with ease. Also being able to see who made what donation within my account would be great too! It's not as user friendly yet so there are some features I wish were better implemented but it has gotten better over the years. Donor retention/retention campaigns which help in fund raising efforts.
