It’s so much easier to access patient information from anywhere than it used to be with paper charts! I am able to check up on patients as needed instead of having them come back into my office every time they need something done (like blood tests). Also being more organized allows me to spend less time searching through things when trying to find out what is going on with clients' medical needs. There isn't anything that really bugs this system at this point but occasionally there will pop up an error message related to billing which causes us some confusion because we don't understand why it's happening. But other then those two occassions everything has been great about our experience using this product. If anyone ever asks if their service provider uses electronic charting systems please let them know yes! Electronic records are key component to keeping accurate client data in one place versus needing to have several documents stored somewhere else like files on someone's computer hard drive/etc. I like that it can be used by both skilled nursing facilities as well as personal care homes to keep track of patients' records. It is very user friendly with many different options available at their disposal when using this program. There are some things we would have liked to see added such as an option to print progress reports from within the application but other than those few minor issues everything has been great so far!
