It also has a robust reporting function so we can see what our patients are doing well and where there may be opportunities to improve their outcomes. It’s so much easier to access patient information from anywhere than it used to be with paper charts! I am able to check up on patients as needed instead of having them come back into my office every time they need something done (like blood tests). Also being more organized allows me to spend less time searching through things when trying to find out what is going on with clients' medical needs. The customer service is excellent! They are very responsive to our needs and always willing to help when needed. I like that they have been implementing their new system slowly but surely so we don't feel overwhelmed with changes as we learn them.
