I like that it is an integrated system with other systems such as CareCloud which allows me to transfer information between them seamlessly. It also has a robust reporting function so we can see what our patients are doing well and where there may be opportunities to improve their outcomes. The user interface could use some improvement but this is not something that would prevent us from using it if they made improvements to it. We have been able to integrate with many of our other patient records systems allowing seamless data transfers. This has helped streamline processes while improving accuracy.
