I once bought a backpack. My wife, son, my son's girlfriend and I planned a vacation from our home in Florida to show my family where I grew up in Michigan. We rented a comfortable four seater truck with our luggage and valuables in a secure bag that I bought from the store. A wonderful stay until our return home. We hadn't even left Michigan when we stopped for breakfast at a well-known restaurant known for its southern comfort food. All of our food was ruined and everything else was wet and smelly including our pillows that we wanted to sleep on after a long drive. So if someone is buying a neck brace thinking it will protect their valuables from the rain, look elsewhere for that neck brace that isn't even water repellent and certainly not waterproof.
