Advertised as waterproof, there was a few inches of water on the bottom after a ride in the rain. Completely soaked my firefighting gear. Will try to return.

I bought this for my husband to wear baseball gear for two months. The very first rain, and the bag was filled with water. All devices got wet. I was planning to use it for trips in the summer to leave my luggage. Now this doesn't happen.

This product helped us during our trip to South Carolina and arrived safe and sound. Unfortunately, it wasn't waterproof either. I took great care to position the seams correctly so they wouldn't get caught through the zipper. Sure, we've survived a few heavy downpours, but if you're looking for water resistance, this isn't for you. If you just need to protect items, that's great.

I thought it would be a great idea for my trip to Georgia and North Carolina, but after arriving in Savannah from Lakeland, RuffSack already has 2 holes. My guess is that the sack won't stand up to street wind and will weaken under stress. I have 2 weeks until the trip and I need to patch the holes before hitting the road again.

Well for the overall size and capacity it does a great job, the zips make it easy to close. However, during my trip, I was surprised by the rain and some of my stuff got wet, I think it's a lack of zippers. So I rated it lower as water could get in. I had to make sure some of my stuff was even packed in it. But for the price it still did the job I needed to do and kept things from blowing in the wind.

We bought this for my husband's Dodge Ram. He loves to. It stays in place and keeps everything dry. He uses it for kids hockey bags during our windy, wet and snowy Chicago winter. The only downside is that it doesn't come with bungee cords to secure it to the bed or the weight net needed to keep it in place. We were very disappointed when we opened our product (unfortunately after the returns window was closed) to find that not only was the stitching dirty (it wasn't new as advertised) but it was also on stretched in several places so that the lacing was exposed.
