I have been on acetyl-L-carnitine (ALA) since 2002 due to a disabling brain injury I sustained from the statin drug Lipitor. When I found this product I thought I'd give it a try and it won't disappoint. I need to take it to improve metabolism, mental acuity and also energy production.
