It seems that shower head manufacturers have lowered the price of everything and included a piece of plastic that holds the shower head in place. Like other reviewers, I had to keep replacing this piece. I couldn't find anything decent on the market other than plastic replacements until I found the Hammerhead. This shower head holder is like a work of art. It's heavy and the finish is immaculate. It's made the way it was made 50 years ago. In today's throwaway society, it's nice to find people like Justin and his company, Hammerhead, to fill the need for quality products. My professional plumber didn't know where to get them so I told him now and he will tell all his customers. It's a shame American companies sell you an expensive shower head that then runs out of parts lest it end up in a landfill a year later. This simple piece of sanitary engineering will likely outlast generations of showerheads over time. You'll have to replace your shower hose if yours doesn't fit. The fitting of the hose that attaches to the shower head must be tapered. Old hoses with a nut (square) hang out in the bracket. I already had a newer hose so my shower head fitted perfectly.
