Review on 🔧 GEDORE - 3014347 19 DMU-20 1/2" Socket Set (15 pcs): Professional Grade Tools for Precision Work by Glenn Cho

My excitement about the Made in Germany socket set diminished when I realized the 1/2 inch drive nuts were misaligned. Also, the workmanship inside one of the larger heads was pretty poor. Also, the ratchet switch is noticeably off-center. I would have returned the set if I hadn't gotten it for a great price (less than $90). I also really like the ergonomics of the ratchet handle and the knurling on updates. Since writing the above review I have learned that Gedore sockets are hot forged as opposed to the industry standard cold forges that companies like Snap-On and Hazet use to make their sockets. However, this represents a certain loss of accuracy. This could explain the drive's off-center clearance.
