This is a NICE bumper. It is not less quality than the expensive bumpers, and has features I like much better. The swing-out system works very well, and if adjusted properly there is NO noise (2-door soft top JK - I hear everything). Not a bad install, but just throw the directions away because they are pointless. Remove old bumper and the two old brackets on left and right of hitch. Remove factory hitch. Slide mounting brackets in frame on each side. With two people (I did it myself and highly recommend you have two people - it needs to set on frame and rotate and it is not impossible but nearly to do it alone) set the bumper in place, loosely install two bolts on each frame side. Install 4 long bolts where hitch was in center, then align and tighten everything up. The rest is really pretty simple, and easy to figure out. Make sure to adjust the tensioner to minimize or eliminate rattle.
