I had an old model and liked it. It has worked flawlessly for many years. I sang her praises! The pressure was just right to clean effectively without being harsh. I didn't hesitate (apart from a few bad reviews) to order the same product. The updated design has 2 speeds while the previous version had one. Came in 2 days (YAY). It was useless. It worked intermittently even after I put in the best batteries. A few seconds on and a minute off. But even when it worked, the water pressure (at any speed) was so low that it was utterly inefficient. He couldn't remove a single stain, not a single one. The older one even did it after a thorough cleaning. I don't know if this is a bad production or a bad redesign. I was very disappointed.
