Works like new. Slightly strange higher pitched sound of lock/unlock mechanism compared to other mechanisms. Just something I noticed and didn't expect. It's plug and play. It's a tight workplace, and if you don't have experience breaking plastic clips, this is a great time to learn. PERHAPS I could just clean the rod as much as possible. My problem was that the door lock would not close until I pressed the button on the remote twice. I replaced it and cleaned the stem and it hasn't been a problem since.
