I have bunions on both pinky toes. I have been in pain for several months. Stairs especially pains me. I put these on and it has alleviated the pain. It's weird at first because it covers three toes. After an hour I barely notice wearing them. I have been pain free. Also, it helps when I wear my sneakers. It comes with a generous 5 pairs.
