Review on PIT BOSS 68014 Roaster Griddle by Alfonso Wilson

I'll confess I probably don't use it for its intended purpose for grilling - it's a Pit Boss brand after all. I use cast iron to bake bread. I was looking for a larger cast iron cookware to bake large buns and this one was perfect! The video shows how well the download went! I didn't notice the metallic smell or taste of the cast iron as another person said. I'm not mistaken, but I didn't come across it. I'm telling you, this thing will keep you warm. It took about an hour for the cast iron to cool completely after firing at 480-500°. Another thing that was amazing about this product is the price. My advice is not to buy right away. When I first put cast iron on my wish list, it cost $50, and then, during the mass shutdown, the price went up to nearly $100. Now that I'm back to 58, I think that's a fair price for how big this thing is. You'll probably need some muscle strength to lift it as it's heavier than my other dutch cast iron I have. Overall I get 5 out of 5 for now and if anything changes I will update my rating!
