my favorite kitchen friend!

I first encountered this grater in a temporarily rented room where I lived. I was really impressed with how effective it was when trying to grate a bunch of veggies for lunch. Preparation time halved! So when I moved into my apartment I had to buy this immediately and it's my favorite friend in the kitchen!
