Frustrated installer

Product has terrible instructions does not tell you which way to flip the bars. Does not explain to you that it's only designed for one thickness of the door.doesn't have the ability to fit thinner doors without retrofitting. The guides to the door are ridiculous unless you happen to own a router and know how to use it.product quality itself is fine. luckily I remodel homes so I was able to make it work without redoing it numerous times.
