This would be a great tool but not for professional technicians and not for regular use. Either a DIY enthusiast or if you only need the tool occasionally. The head doesn't engage very securely, about 5-10 pounds of force moves it, which is very frustrating when trying to loosen nuts/bolts at awkward angles (the whole purpose of this tool). My other complaint is that this mine randomly changes direction. These two problems are huge, I wish it was a higher quality tool because it has a great design. I've spent most of today setting up transform windows on the Beetle and this tool has crashed more times than I can count. EDIT: Get the VIM HBR12 for the same price. Significantly higher quality and practically the same tool for the same price. This tool is GOOD.
