Old bumpers/suspension bumpers/wishbone bumpers/whatever you want to call them were completely worn out and destroyed on my 1999 GMC Sierra 2500. They were easy to install and made a noticeable difference to the ride and feel of my front suspension. The front of the truck now rolls less in corners and feels fantastic compared to before. The installation was perfect, no modifications needed. I simply jacked up the truck and put it on stands (always use stands), removed the wheels and, using a ratchet, an extension, wobble adapter and what I believe was a 15mm head, unscrewed the one nut holding it. and replaced them. If you have a 99-07 or so GM truck with even reasonable miles on it (I had 200,000), replace them. They're cheap and you won't regret it.
