Review on Ride In Style: JOYSTAR 20/26 Inch Fat Tire Chopper Electric Bike For Adults With 350W/500W Power - Perfect Beach Cruiser Bike! by Tim Clark

Worse purchase ever, no refund either once returned

I was a little upset that the seat had a hole in it, but my child was so excited for this bike we just decided it was fine the way it was. First day she rode it the back wheel locked up and the pedals locked, the battery also stopped working. She was thrown from the bike because of the wheel, basically it was made wrong from the manufacturer. I sent it for a return, on November 4th, ten days later and I still have not gotten a refund on the money I spent, which is absurd and ridiculous. It did not even take this long to get to me whwn I purchased it. For the price of this bike you would think I would not have gotten a piece of junk. I had a ton of friends wanting to get this bike for their kids as well. I told them everything and the fact I was not given a full refund back or any type of refund. I am glad I stopped others from buying this bike and hope my review hinders others as well. What a sad company to destroy a kids present and rip off a customer. I am contacting my bank to dispute this transaction. I hope Revain deletes this company. I am also calling them as well to report this.
