I was also skeptical that a natural product would work as well as commercially available lubricants, and I was wrong. We've used this on squeaky door hinges and handles and they've all gone. I've also found it works great on hair clippers and keeps them running smoothly! I used to just put some vegetable oil on my clippers but it ended up getting sticky but this one didn't. I looked at the ingredients; Rancidity is not a problem. It would be great if the same product came in a drip container or a straw spray version, you know what. That would make him even more versatile. But the little syringe works fine.
