Review on Giva eKnowledgeManager by Garrett Craven

I like how easy it is to use, you don't need any training or help to get started with this software. I also like that they have a free version of the software for small businesses. I dislike how the interface changes every time you log in. It's very difficult to navigate through the program when you are not logged in. This is frustrating because if I am looking up something I know will be helpful to me, then I have to spend extra time logging back in to find where I was before I left. I use this software to store information about my business.
