Slightly broken when my 3 year old quickly pulled the door!

The chain broke when my 3 year old quickly pulled the door! The quality is really questionable. I've tried contacting the manufacturer for a replacement but they keep redirecting me to voicemail. You called me back once; however, I was unavailable. There is no other good way to get in touch with them other than calling them and if you are a busy person like me, good luck with that!
