Review on Extracker by David Jennings

I like that it's easy to use. It also has many extra features not found in other programs, such as customizing tasks for different clients or departments. The ability to see project progress at all times makes this great! Not much. There are some things about it you can't do until further down the road (such as sending out invoices), but it gets resolved quickly once we have our questions answered. We've been using extrackers since we started contracting several years ago to keep track of projects from start to finish with an end goal being getting paid before they run into any problems along the way.
