I like that it's easy to use. It also has many extra features not found in other programs, such as customizing tasks for different clients or departments. The ability to see project progress at all times makes this great! Not much. I love being able to utilize all of my contacts in one place and share information with friends and colleagues while ensuring that it is always available for access. There are some features that were not as intuitive as I would have liked for example the ability to comment on text or pictures and there is no way to search by contact name.
