This drive is easy to set up and requires minimal maintenance. The main reason I bought it was that it included an incremental backup solution that was easy to set up. Most of these NAS solutions assume that you create a full backup every time you need to create a backup. I wanted something that would check for changed data and only back up the things I changed. The only complaint I have about this software is that the part of Seagate that needs to run at startup to connect you to the drive sometimes struggles and needs to be restarted. However, this happens very rarely and does not cause serious problems. The print server isn't user-friendly at all, but it's pretty easy to set up if you have IT skills. Once configured, it also works reliably.
