I have the wrong knife: Chef's knife
I have to reconsider my last review. However, I got the wrong knife πͺ BUT. I LOVE IT. I've been using it for just over a month and it's the sharpest knife in the slaughterhouse, after sharpening it a few times it's all broken and sharp as a razer blade. I apologize for my last review as I am an inexperienced butcher who has known my craft for more than 3 months. I will be buying more of these in different sizes. it's not the only fall. Meat grade NFS safe metal but as sharp as possible
