. The mount comes unassembled in a relatively small box. The kit includes a set of screws and washers. Oddly the mounting plate didn't fit my TV for horizontal mounting, I couldn't mount my TV with the tilt bracket. My solution was to tilt the mount 90 degrees on the mount, I've lost the tilt feature but the stand still tilts back as other reviewers have pointed out. I don't think it's going to fall off the ceiling but this mount is very wobbly, the tilt adjustment screw is so oddly placed that once the TV is installed you can't adjust it, the way I had to mount my TV , only allows you to turn the TV left or right. My TV hangs, but even at $25 I expected a little more. It took quite a bit of work to set it up, run cables, etc. I don't have the time or energy to take it off and try to get a refund. In hindsight, even some of the 4 star reviews mention how this mount tilts backwards because the ceiling connector is just a screw in a fairly short position. I'm amazed they ship it with plastic drywall anchors. I would be very concerned about hanging it on wall anchors, I fixed mine to a solid wood board.
