Just right. Includes thumbscrew, metal washer, rubber washer, bracket and nut. I used the existing square nuts on the Jeep so I didn't have to use a wrench to hold the included nut. He knows how to hold on tight to keep going. The rubber washer keeps everything in place so parts don't fall off during removal and installation. Makes removing the top a lot less of a hassle. I didn't buy it for the mounts - but I use them for everything from rear seat mounting to food storage. It's strange that you have to stick a sticker with a star on it - but that's not a problem. Definitely happy with this purchase.
