I like that it has been integrated with Slack, which really helps drive engagement for my team as we share insights in one interface rather than two separate ones! The UI could be improved - maybe more information being available at once would make our work flow easier to use/understand (e g., dashboard shows me % of all messages marked unread but does not show individual statuses). Also considering integration so other CRM platforms can pull data into this platform instead just Salesforce / Hubspot etcetera? The team at Trak is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been able to help us with all of our needs so far! I cannot think of anything that we dislike about them thus far. We are using their platform for analytics which has helped us in gaining insights into what customers want from us as well as how they use our product. It's also allowed us to track user activity and behavior which helps us improve future iterations of our products.
