Review on Say Goodbye to Flats with Stop Flats2 Road Bicycle Tire Liner! by Brian Cooper

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It actually popped my tire

It was easy enough to install. It doesn't seem completely impenetrable, but I haven't gotten a single apartment since installing it. while .I had a slow leak, picked up the phone and found nothing. So we pick up the bike again, the next day another flat tire. This time I put the hose in the water and of course the bubbles. I noticed that the end of the liner has a semi-circular slit in the inner tube that pierces through at one point. It's really tongue in cheek (unlike the black fly in your chardonnay) and I'm not sure it deserves 3 stars. I think the issue is rare and it protects me from spikes and anything that comes in the local path. PRO TIP After securing the tire, I sanded the end of the liner to a smooth finish. I sealed the connection with tape. So far this has only happened to my rear wheel and I haven't bothered to fix my front wheel which I may regret. My advice: handle the bike carefully, I will put a repair patch on the joints

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • I don't remember
