Review on Sailun Ice Blazer WST3 255/55 R18 105T winter by Janis Gailitis ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Everyone comments on how noisy the tires are; however, all winter tires equipped with spikes will be noisy; if you value peace, you should invest in Linden tires instead. As a result, I made the transition from a half-bald Nordman 5 to this rubber, and I found that the new rubber was actually quieter than the Nordman 5. As a consequence, rubber is worth the investment, and I do not regret purchasing it, particularly given that this is the most cost-effective offer available for such sizes, although well-known brands charge between 35,000 and 40,000 yen per set for the same dimension.

Pros
  • In general, for the sum of my money, the top, I took in the amount of 225 x 45 x 17 for 15600 on November 8th, 2022. At the end of the week that I rolled, I came to the conclusion that the type of rubber that I used and how it acts differed according on the weather circumstances, which ranged from dry asphalt to rainy conditions as well as snow and ice. So. As a result of the dry asphalt, excellent grip, and lack of lateral drift that occurs during quick maneuvers, the vehicle does not tremble as it does when driving on waves. Wet asphalt is also not a terrible surface to drive on; in fact, if you are not a speed racer, it is fantastic. Snow, perfectly confidently rowing, and any rebuilding on porridge does not cause any problems, which is similar to a tank in general.
Cons
  • On ice, it holds only mediocrely, regardless of whether spikes are used or not; however, it is sufficient for normal driving so long as there are no sudden accelerations. This is one of the drawbacks. Therefore, if you're a mom racer, you shouldn't bother with tires. And in the process, you will injure not just yourself but also others.
